It was last week when Washington DC was entitled to have its first jurisdiction in the United States which allows online gambling in the country. The online gambling implementation was planned according to the outline of the executive director of D.C Lottery, Buddy Roogow.
As the legalization implies, the D.C Lottery which has signed 50-50 revenue share agreed with the Intralot USA for the purpose of developing and managing the internet gambling website. Last January, Washington Mayor Vincent C. Gray had signed up a law approving the 2011 budget, provided to generate revenues through the legalized online gambling.
